Terms of Service

1. These Terms define the rules for using the website and biodynamic craniosacral therapy services offered by Maciej Jesiołowski (business activity: Maciej Jesiołowski - Web Developer), NIP: 6681963204, contact: mjesiolowski.cranio@gmail.com (hereinafter "the Provider"). 2. Sessions take place in Poznań, near Lake Malta.

1. To use the website, you need a device with internet access and a web browser.

1. The Provider offers sessions in the field of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. 2. All sessions are currently FREE, as part of advanced therapeutic practice required for certification.

1. Not healthcare services: These services are not healthcare services as defined by the Medical Activity Act. 2. No diagnosis: The therapist does not make medical diagnoses. 3. Complementary nature: This method supports the body but does not replace medical treatment. 4. Medical decisions: Clients should not discontinue medical treatment without consulting their doctor. 5. Practitioner status: The Provider is in the final phase of certification at the European Centre for Therapy and conducts sessions under regular supervision.

1. The Client is obliged to review the list of contraindications (see the "Contraindications" section on the homepage) and inform the Provider about their health condition.

1. Appointments are made via Booksy or direct contact. 2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

1. A brief health interview is conducted before the first session to rule out contraindications. 2. Health interview notes are kept in paper form, stored securely with access limited to the practitioner, and used solely to ensure continuity and safety of sessions. Notes are retained for 3 years from the date of the last session and then destroyed. 3. The Client has the right to stop the session at any time without giving a reason. 4. All information regarding the Client’s health is treated as confidential.

1. All content published on the website (texts, graphic design, logos, visual elements) constitutes the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright law. 2. Copying, distributing, or using content from the website without the written consent of the Provider is prohibited.

1. Biodynamic therapy is a complementary method and does not replace medical treatment. 2. The Provider is not liable for any bodily reactions that are a natural part of the therapeutic process (described in the “Reactions” section on the homepage). 3. The Provider is not liable for consequences arising from the Client’s concealment of health information or contraindications.

1. The Provider reserves the right to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: illness, accident, pandemic, natural disaster, or other force majeure events.

1. Services provided by the Provider are intended exclusively for adults (aged 18 and over).

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. 2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction in Poznań, Poland. 3. These Terms are effective as of 21 February 2026.
